This project was based on the successful implementation of Service Desk system. Within the project we provided the customer with several levels of support services from 7x24 level to 5x8 level.

AHASWARE, s.r.o. has experience not only with providing support for our own solutions, but also with delivery of services for solutions deployed by other companies or with taking over the already provided services.

One of the services that our customers appreciate is a proactive support. It is intended for specialists on the customer’s side, who we help with small changes or adjustments to the settings of implemented applications.

In our projects, we have experience in providing support services locally or remotely. Our customers can use a special Service Desk Center, which can be accessed using a web interface, email or phone.
